Website and Consumer Terms

1. Business information

2. Website purpose

The site shows examples of previous work and general information about Filwood’s capabilities. Images, descriptions, materials and suggested solutions are informational, not a public offer, and do not guarantee availability, a final price, a manufacturing time or an exact reproduction.

3. How an order is agreed

  1. You send an enquiry or contact Filwood.
  2. The parties clarify the intended use, materials, dimensions, design, measurement/installation location and technical requirements.
  3. Before contracting, Filwood provides the contractor’s identity, main characteristics, full price or calculation method, taxes, payment, delivery, completion time, installation, warranty, complaint route and termination information.
  4. A paper or electronic contract is made separately after all essential terms are clearly agreed. Any prepayment is supported by the required payment record.

An estimate before final measurement and specification approval may be preliminary. Post-contract changes to price, materials or dates are made only as allowed by the contract and mandatory law.

4. Price, payment, delivery and installation

Custom prices depend on the approved specification, materials, fittings, finish, complexity, delivery and installation. Payments in Ukraine are made in hryvnia. The full price, tax treatment, payment schedule and methods are stated before any payment obligation arises. Delivery location/date/cost, access, preparatory work and installation are agreed individually.

5. Materials and appearance

Natural wood, veneer and stone vary in shade, texture, knots and grain. The parties agree permissible characteristics, samples, drawings or visualisations before manufacture. A screen colour is not a reference sample.

6. Warranty, quality and safety

The specific warranty period, use instructions and warranty scope are provided before contracting and recorded in the contract, product passport or accompanying document. Advertising cannot reduce a warranty already offered, and contractual warranty wording cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.

For playgrounds, stairs and other safety-relevant products, technical requirements, installation site, installation and acceptance must be documented for that product.

7. Cancellation and returns

Cancellation, return and termination rights are governed by mandatory Ukrainian consumer law, taking account of the contract type and whether goods were made to the consumer’s individual specifications. Before a distance contract, Filwood provides the applicable method, time limits and statutory exceptions. Nothing here removes a right that a consumer cannot waive.

8. Complaints

Email filwood.dp@gmail.com or write to the contractor’s address. Include your name, reply contact, contract number/date if any, the requested remedy, and helpful photos or records. We will acknowledge and handle the complaint within the period required by law and the contract. Unnecessary personal data is not required.

9. Intellectual property and external services

Site text, branding, photographs, drawings and other materials are protected and belong to their respective owners. Viewing and linking are permitted; copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless law expressly allows it. Instagram, Google Maps and other linked services are independent and apply their own terms.

10. Privacy, law and changes

Our Privacy Notice explains data use. Ukrainian law governs the site and Filwood relationship. Negotiation is encouraged but does not restrict the right to contact a competent authority or court. Updated terms apply from publication and do not amend an existing contract without proper agreement.
